Autonomous Vehicles

Autonomous or driverless vehicles may mark the dawn of new mobility, but how they are planned for and deployed will have an enormous impact.

Parking policy is one of the most important yet least discussed city policy levers that touches on almost all aspects of good ideas for cities: smart land use, equitable access to services, affordable housing, streamlined transportation, and sustainable economic development.

Equitable Bike Infrastructure and Access

Thoughtful bike infrastructure and promoting the use of bikes can expand access to numerous vital services, improving lives in many ways. When not executed properly, however, bike infrastructure can exasperate disparities and leave marginalized communities further behind.
